How can we help?

Email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days (Melbourne time).

Need a hand with Queshot? We're here to help.

How do I order?

Save a venue and your usual, then tap I'm Leaving on the Home screen. Your order is timed to be ready when you arrive. You can also browse any venue and order on the spot.

What is Auto-order?

Auto-order is optional. When it's on, Queshot starts your usual automatically as you arrive at your saved venue, so it's fresh rather than sitting on the counter.

It uses background location, it is off by default, and you can turn it off at any time in Profile → Settings → Auto-order. The manual I'm Leaving button does the same job without background location, so you never need to enable it.

What is kerbside?

At participating venues, choose kerbside at checkout and they'll bring your order out to your car. Add your vehicle details once in Profile and they're saved for next time.

How much does it cost?

The app is free and there's no membership.

Your first 3 completed orders are fee-free — the Queshot kerbside ($1.00) and auto-order ($0.25) convenience fees are on us. After that, those two conveniences are optional and the fee is always shown before you pay.

You always pay the venue's listed prices for the food and drink itself.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach Queshot's servers.

If something's wrong with an order, request a refund from that order's receipt in the app. Your venue reviews refund requests first. If they don't resolve it, email [email protected] and Queshot will process an eligible refund directly. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and nothing here limits them.
